Council invites Expressions of Interest to lease the old Ōtaki Court House
Building when the Otaki i-SITE, which currently occupies it, closes.
Consideration will be given to organisations and individuals who propose activities that:
- • involve the Ōtaki community;
- • provide support to the Ōtaki community; or
- • provide a value adding service/attraction for Ōtaki.
