A panel comprising three Ōtaki community board members and two local residents is to assess expressions of interest in leasing the old court house building.
Preferred uses will be something that suits the historic building and supports the Ōtaki community; or offers a service or attraction for the town.
Community board chair James Cootes says it is hoped to have a tenant confirmed shortly.
