Lisbon: Originally from Portugal and first catalogued in Massachusetts in 1843. This lemon has the real lemon shape and the sought-after acidic juice.

Villa franca: Thornless! Originally from Sicily. Heavy cropper.

Genoa: Introduced to California in 1875 from Italy. Large juicy sour fruit. A lemon for smaller sites or containers.
