In aid of the Jubilee Pole erected in commemoration of the years when the first Maori Church was established in Otaki. A plan will be shown to the public later.

A drawing of the proposed Jubilee memorial pole, to be erected by the Natives, is at present on view in Mr J Sievers’ shop window. It is proposed to hold a Shop Day to raise further funds. Fine musical selections will be given, while goods are being offered.
