To the Otaki Community
It is with sadness that I am having to let you know that I have resigned from the Otaki Medical Centre with my final day being Friday July 3rd 2015.
This has been a difficult decision for me to make but I have accepted the full time position of Medical Officer in the Star 4 rehabilitation ward in Levin. This is mainly because I felt it was time for a change, to embrace a new work environment and educational opportunities. It is also closer to home.
It has been a pleasure and a privilege to provide GP services to the Otaki community for the last 8½ years.
I want to thank you, my patients, for your support and for letting me share in your health journey. I have learnt a lot and my own life is richer for this experience.
I will remember my time in Otaki fondly and hope you keep well.
